Семеен Хотел Бела (Family Hotel Bela)

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation (and some proper cleaning - carpets, spider webs). Food is just ok, selection is quite limited for breakfast, dinner is a hit-or-miss. Service, however, can be terribly slow at times (and sometimes the order just never comes). Parking is a commodity here and fits no more than 5-6 cars in the space designated as parking (even though it looks nothing like a parking area). The beds are not for people with back problems, quite uncomfortable. There is no elevator so make sure whatever you have you can carry up the stairs. On the positive side, rooms are quite spacious, each room has a balcony with chairs and a table so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning outside (if you ever manage to find good coffee in the hotel). Did not find how to open any windows though and I am not sure it is possible (you can only open the door, no net). Location is good, just a few mins walk to city center. Overall, quite some potential, but it needs much better management.
